The SG-3 3 pass is constructed from GG20 cast iron and is ASME rated to operate at 59 PSI. Due to this, it comes with a lifetime warrantee. The Biasi SG-3 also complies with all international standards. Each Biasi SG Cast Iron Boiler is assembled with a front hinge door that allows easy access for maintenance. A Biasi 3 pass boiler design with a Riello Oil Burner is the most efficient way to get the maximum amount of heat from the boiler. The design extracts heat from three times as much interior surface area of the boiler compared to a single-pass pin type boiler design.
